Ways Dance Music Can Calm You Down

Circa 2017, everyone needs to stay busy just to be content with life. It’s all about that hustle and nothing else. And to keep that hustle going and give it a nudge just like a mama bird pushing her baby bird off the cliff in order to teach it how to fly, you gotta chill. There’s a gazillion thongs people do to get their zen going but there’s one in particular that we had in mind; Dance Music.

‘Chill’ is the underlying motive

Think about it, whoever made the track must’ve first envisioned it and thought about how it would turn out in his head first. And when does our brain get to thinking in a recreational way? It sure isn’t when we’re working.

The key to relaxation is breathing. It’s all about calming your breath and syncing it to every body part so your brain is free to meander off wherever it pleases. And what better way to calm your breath than to listen to consistent, rhythmic beats.

Wash out those things that piss you off

You know how they say stuff like boxing or playing the drums helps you take your frustrations out and unwind your stress? Dance Music is so versatile and has so many layers and sub-genres that it can suit your mood. Whether you’re in the mood to rage out with Dubstep or sit back and admire a tropical house melody.

Gud Vibrations

Dance Music is arguably the fastest moving genre. It moves around like a snake. Not long ago, Progressive House was the best thing that happened to us and now everyone is hogging around Future Bass. It keeps evolving and more often than not if you listen to an oldie track you’re bound to get a little wrapped in nostalgia.
