Varun Dhawan, Nasha, BREED, Karsh Kale, & More To Perform At IIFA 2017

The prestigious IIFA Awards are back this year and are being held in spectacular locations all over New York. The 4 day event will be spread over Times Square, Metlife Stadium, Asia Society Building, Metropolitan Ballroom, and a few other places. It’s a truly grand affair each year and IIFA’s 17th year will be no less. The IIFA Weekend celebrates Indian Cinema in its grandest form, with elements of culture, business, film,  fashion, entertainment, and music from India and is happening from the 13th to the 16th of July.

Apart from the obviously larger than life elements to it, another cool factor at the IIFA awards will the the selection of really cool artists performing. DJ Nasha just put up a post stating that he’ll be performing at Times Square with Varun Dhawan, BREED, Karsh Kale, & JukaliNasha is a pioneer in the Hindustani Bass music scene and his Bollywood and Indian Classical vibe infused mixes are legendary.  He is also one half of the prolific music duo B.R.E.E.D and has opened for, jammed, and collaborated with artists like Diplo, Major Lazer, Skrillex, Dada Life, Yellow Claw, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, and Kailash Kher to name a few.

An interesting aspect about his announcement is that he’s mentioned other artists that will be joining him, and one of them includes Varun Dhawan. We know the Bollywood star has taken up the console on some rare occasions, and it looks like this might be one of those times. We’ve had other celebrities like Arjun Rampal and Bobby Deol dabble in DJing, and it’s not always been a very positive response. Let’s see how this goes!
