Update: Coldplay Mumbai Concert Will Be A FREE Event

Posted at September 9th, 2016 | by Sarthak Vij | in Entertainment, Featured, News

Rejoice everyone. We won’t have to sell our kidney to watch Coldplay live. In a recent update posted by Global Citizen Festival they said that on November 19th which also is World Toilet Day, they are going to do a charity show in India with Coldplay as one of the headliners. They have launched a 15 year campaign to mobilize Social Change in India.

Just like the annual edition of Global Citizen festival n Central Park tickets will be FREE and the fans will be rewarded entries by contributing towards Social causes like Eductaion, Equality and Sanitation facilities in India. This sounds like a reat initiative for a country like India, even if by force but everyone will individually contribute towards the betterment of country.

hughIn 2014 our very own PM Modi was called to speak to thousands of fans at the Global citizen festival. We surely think that there is a link between that and the event happening in India this year (Mr. Kejriwal can definitely say: Modi Ji ki galti hai ye)

Starting Monday, tickets to the Global Citizen Festival in India can be earned through the new platform by signing up to become a Global Citizen and completing the festival’s action campaigns at GlobalCitizen.IN

Keep a lookout on our facebook page for more details about the show.
