Tycho to tour India and here's why you should be excited

Brace yourselves as one of the front runners of ambient electronic music is heading your way. Yes, the American Scott Hansen, known to most as Tycho is quite definitely set to tour India in the month of December.
Based on a Twitter post by the drummer from his band, Rory O’Connor aka Nitemoves, confirmed that Tycho will tour India and this surely is a relief for most of the fans who are craving for a break from the commercial tracks and rather looking to slow things down.

Tycho is also known as ISO50 for his photographic and design works and what makes him truly stand off from the rest are the melodic subtleties and ambient melodies his music bears. He perfectly captures the sound of the 70s while remaining both progressive and futuristic. His music thus attracts a diverse audience for he is able to blend the right elements of rock, experimental, psychedelic and dance music and create one masterpiece.

Off late, Tycho besides his individual performances has teamed up with three other fellow musicians to perform as a band for live music sessions. Zac Brown on bass guitar, Rory O’Connor at the drums and Joe Davancens with the keyboards and synthesizers. Hansen often plays guitar while triggering samples with his foot.
Although the exact dates and venues of his arrival have not been confirmed as yet, be sure to make yourselves free when they do as Tycho is one promising artist you cannot afford to miss. Stay tuned to Grapevine for more updates.
