TimeOut72 Did What No Other Festival In India Could

Posted at December 22nd, 2017 | by Sidhantha Jain | in Entertainment, Featured

Gone are those days when music festivals were only about watching your favorite artist live. Today they’re a lifetime experience combining everything you could ever imagine. Unfortunately, the promoters in our country have resorted to sticking to a mainstream lineup to make easy money. This tactic of theirs has left many festival goers hungry for new material and something (ANYFCUKINGGODDAMNTHING) different.

Flying down international artists to India isn’t new, we’ve had global icons like Micheal Jackson, Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran and Bryan Adams perform in the grandest way possible. However, none of the organizers have been able to score a lineup featuring big shots like Jason Derulo and Wiz Khalifa for the same concert up until now! Timeout72 which is being held on the sands of Goa from 27th to 29th December boasts an out of the world artist roaster.

Do you even the realize the amount of music to be consumed in these 72 hours? Our best guess; too much to handle!

Goa is arguably the best place to celebrate life and welcoming the New Year with performers from nearly every genre calls for a double celebration! You might be wondering why we’re stressing so much about multi-genre acts or booking international artists again and again? It’s simply because the music industry in India is booming and we’re still be exposed to an irrelevant big room house DJ as headliners for too long now. EDM festival lineups are often criticized more than required but Timeout72 is modestly a decent upgrade from the resident festival in Goa for the decade gone by.

It’s not just a fancy lineup, their stages are magnificent too!

Even though dance music is still the focus of Timeout72 just like every other festival there ’s a separate Psy stage and Live stage hosting best of the best worldwide maestros along with homebrewed veterans. At Timeout 72 most artists are getting at least an hour to showcase their music, sets are jam-packed to provide the audience an unforgettable journey. Regardless of your preferences, you will not be disappointed at Timeout72 because there’s something for everyone!

For some people, Timeout72 might just another music festival at the pulchritudinous Vagator beach but those who pay close attention will realize it’s all about the music.
