Rolling Stone's Best 50 albums of 2015

With a wrap on the year 2015, another musical year comes to an end. Every industry is putting forward a list of hits and misses this year and we already have SPIN and Complex declaring the results out for best albums of the year. Another online star of the music industry Rolling Stone has come out with a defined set of list that makes it through their favorite for the year 2015.

Much to every music lover’s wishlist, the list of Best 50 Albums of 2015 ranges from Kamasi Washington’s The Epic to The Weeknd’s Beauty Behind The Madness to Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly is what has made to the sun-downer events for them throughout the year.

To give you a taste of crème de la crème from the year 2015, the list have expansively covered all genres ranging from rock, folk, country, hip-hop, R&B, metal, pop and the like. Surprisingly, Jason Isbell’s Something More Than Free secured 7th rank as compared to Skrillex and Diplo’s Jack Ü who have been given 16th rank on the list. The list has been justified with the quote as “Instead of bringing a little EDM flavor to pop, they made some of pop’s biggest stars hop over the fence to their mind-bending EDM fiesta.”

The missing elements on the list seemed to be Jamie xx‘s In Colour, Brava by Brodinsk  and CHRVCHES’s Every Open Eye and the list have eventually picked up the ones’s earning highest on the records.
