10 Best Live Sets From Tomorrowland 2016

Posted at July 26th, 2016 | by Yash Vikram Singh | in

Cometh July cometh Tomorrowland madness. Let’s have a look at some of the sets in this years edition of the largest dance music festival in the world.

Axwell Ingrosso

1/3 of Swedish house mafia may have gotten lost along the way but the quality of their sets remained intact in Belgium.

Alok

There’s always that one artist who’s set really puts them on the map. Add one more to that list, Alok’s set was nothing short of spectacular. It was dance music’s MMA as the brazillian’s put on a show that was a perfect blend of indie house, some groovy electro and techno.

Steve Angello

We all know how Steve does. He doesn’t tour a lot, low key and all that jazz. But if you’re ever lucky enough to attend one of his shows he will leave you in degrees of allure and that’s exactly what he did this year in Boom.

Deadmau5 x Eric Prydz

Deadmau5 B2B Eric Prydz most assuredly lived up to the hype as this was the holy grail of all Tomorrowland sets this year. The two progressive house behemoths were a match made in heaven.

Marshmello

He usually keeps it mello and his set at Tomorrowland could qualify as many things but mello ain’t one of ‘em. The obscure DJ’s  debut set at Tomorrowland was filled with power packed tracks tailor made to make you bounce.

Nicky Romero

The Protocol boss opened with heart-throbbing tunes and lead the crowd to audacious progressive climaxes.

W&W

The Dutch Duo really did bring it this year as their set phased nicely from genre to genre with sanguine electro vibes.

Alesso

Alesso’s set was as much gung ho as it was refreshing. The swede played a phenomenal set occluded with vocal snippets and bass engorged drops.

Nastia

Nastia is our underground pick of this year’s chapter of Tomorrowland. The Ukrainian is an audacious behind the decks and is completely immersed in techno.

The Chainsmokers

The Chainsmokers are on the top of the EDM game right now. Pretty much every track they’ve released has been phenomenal and their live sets are no different!
