Linkin Park Release Statement Following Chester Bennington's Death

Posted at July 25th, 2017 | by Yash Vikram Singh | in Featured, News

Almost 96 hours ago the music world was shaken to it’s very core after learning that Chester Bennington had committed suicide. The Linkin Park vocalist who was an instrumental part of our childhoods led a full life. He was a loving father and one for the hall of fame. The band was devastated and have just put out their statement on Facebook.

Mike Shinoda shared his thoughts and the first ever photo they took as a band;

 “He said he was ready to move out from Arizona to L.A. We went to a pizza place near UCLA to hang out and talk about what to do next. The band was called Xero at the time, and we probably had less than a half a dozen songs. No flame tattoos yet, no red hair yet, most of us were still in college.” Shinoda said.

Check out the statement below.
