Farzi Cafe 

 

Bringing molecular gastronomy to the table, this swanky restaurant in the heart of CP is famous for its experiments with food. Recommended dishes include the Dal Chawal Arancini and the Mint Foam Thick Curd. Take your tastebuds on a wild ride.

Experimental does not mean not Indian. This cosy cafe stuck away from the noise of the city, just near the Purana Qila gives a twist to traditional Indian ingredients. Palak Patta Chaat, Kathal ki Biryani, Mango Prawn Curry and Coconut Rabdi are the things they bring to you. You might never have thought of  Kathal ki Biryani as something that would be tasty but try it to believe in it.
