EVC bags Armada Stage for its 2015 Edition

The news just does not get any bigger for trance music fans in India, as one of the country’s top music festivals, Bacardi’s Enchanted Valley Carnival at Amby Valley is all set to play host to some promising Trance artists on their first time feature, the Armada Stage.

From 18th to 20th of December, Aamby Valley City, Pune is going to come to life all thanks to the EVC hosted by Bacardi. Set amidst some scenic landscape along the hilly terrain and with some state of the art production set-up the festival is sure to be a massive hit this year. Moreover, the headliners this time around include legends of the EDM industry, Tiësto and Fatboy Slim and performing alongside them are a horde of well-known artists as well and one among whom will be Ferry Corsten, one half of the New World Punx, who incidentally will be a stage programmed by him and which will feature artists like Alex Morph, Marco V & RAM.

But the undisputed highlight of the festival which came to light after a recent Facebook update by BEVC is the setting up of the official Armada Stage for the very first time in the festivals history. Armada Music came about in 2003 thanks to the likes of Trance stalwarts Armin Vaan Buuren, Maykel Piron and David Lewis and thus the name AR MA DA. The music label was instrumental in releasing some of the best trance, electronic dance music, house, progressive, techno and deep house tracks over the years by promoting and managing artists like Armin Vaan Buuren, Markus Schulz, Dash Berlin, W&W, Ørjan Nilsen, Matt Darey and a whole lot more.

The Armada Stage which previously featured in massive international festival like Tomorrowland, Creamfields, Electronic Family to name a few, is now making its way to our very own country and is programmed to take place on 18th of December. So let us hope that the label that in known to host Trance legends and other promising artists like Audien, Toby Hedges, Andrew Rayel, Alesso, Cosmic Gate and Lost Frequencies will bring along with it at least some of these names if not most to India this December.
