This is How Many Calories you Burn at a Music Festival

For some of us, the only exercise we get is when we’re going crazy at a music festival. Ever wondered how many calories you’re burning sprinting from one stage to another and jumping like there’s no tomorrow? Elite Daily and EDC partnered up to compile the date!

Holding your bae on your shoulders is series lifting, and if you keep running around then that’s around 700 calories an hour. Everyone is pumping out calf raises to get a better view of the stage and when the DJ tells you to JUMP!, then you have to follow suit! Jumping for an hour will also make you burn around 600 calories per hour.

It’s cool to realize how much of a workout you’re getting and how many of our festival activities are actually workouts in disguise. It’s also imperative to know the importance of nutrition and hydration when you realize you’re doing so much exercise. Check out the video below to know more!
