Bassnectar's Concert Believed To Be Earthquake Epicentre

Posted at August 3rd, 2016 | by Yash Vikram Singh | in

This past weekend in Colarado some residents actually believed that Bassnectar‘s concert was the epicentre of an earthquake! There were complaints of a sonic boom that fell upon the ears of residents living 5 miles away from the venue.

“I thought it was an earthquake. I looked and realized it was bass,” said Joe Quillin in his official complaint. Another neighbor, Scott Wilson, reported that his entire house shook. “We have to be neighbors and friendly neighbors. This was not a friendly event,” said Wilson.

We’re pretty sure that calling the festival ‘not a friendly event’ would be feigned upon by the people who attended the concert. And the rest of the EDM community.

The first ever Bass Center featured Porter Robinson, Flux Pavilion, Wu-Tang Clan, Flying Lotus, Lupe Fiasco, AlunaGeorge, Minnesota, and the man himself; Bassnectar.
