So the Foo Fighters recently announced that they’re to three Asian cities this August; Singapore, Seoul, and Bangkok. While it’s not as good as actually coming to India, for a major fan, it’s pretty darn close. For a Foo Fighters Fan to travel for the concert, the most economical option would be to fly out to Thailand and enjoy a couple of days of Bangkok fun. They’re performing in the city on the 24th of August. We’ve looked at the current prices and if you’re up for it, you can do the whole trip in under INR 30K!

Round Trip Flights: INR 15,500

So if you fly out from New Delhi or Mumbai, the round trip flights cost approximately INR 15,500. Flight prices are subject to fluctuation. You should also check out Google Flights and Skyscanner for the best deals suited to you.

2 Night Stay: INR 3,000

You can find suitable accommodation less than a kilometre from the venue, which will even reduce your intercity travel cost. Presuming you share the room with another person, you can find decent accommodation for under INR 3,000 per person for 2 nights.

Festival Passes: INR 4,700

There are a range of festival passes available, costing anywhere between INR 4,700 to INR 12,250 approximately. Going for the most economical option would cost you INR 4,700.
Browse passes here.

Total Expenditure: Flights (INR 15,500) + Stay (INR 3,000) + Passes (INR 4,700) + Visa Fees (INR 2,000) = INR 25,200 + Overhead.

Bangkok is well known for being easy on the pocket, so you can budget your overhead expenditure and overall spend less than INR 30,000!
