5 Reasons not to miss Mercer's India Tour

Posted at November 26th, 2015 | by Sarangh | in

Quite evidently not many people know about this man we are talking about. Well that’s because no one knows his real name! Mercer, the French DJ and producer, came into the light when he was one of the minds behind the track ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ featured on Hardwell’s official record label Revealed Recordings. And now, here is Mercer, all set to tour India this year who will be adding on to the list of well acclaimed and popular international DJs who have toured the country in the year 2015. Here are 5 cogent reasons for you to get convinced that you should quite definitely not miss Mercer India tour this year:

1. We bet everyone is intrigued to see this French artist who has not still revealed his actual name to anyone and is only known by his stage name ‘Mercer’. You can at least experience how his music is when he’s touring your city.

2. A man who has worked with several big names in the industry such as DJ Snake, Quintino, Alvaro, Lil Jon, is quite certainly going to give you an eccentric take at electronic dance music during his India tour 2015. His track with Alvaro and Lil Jon ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ counted close to 7 million views on YouTube after which Steve Aoki signed Mercer’s ‘Drop’.

3.  What better to ask for than Mercer playing at venues like Kitty Su in Mumbai and Delhi, the two cities which do not compromise even a slight bit on their clubbing and concert scenes.

4.  The French electro and trap artist with some diverse music under his discography list, has been well supported by the gargantuan EDM label Spinnin’ Records and has released most of his tracking noticing this man’s promising talent. You sure know your bet paid off when you see your tracks being dropped at huge crowds in electrifying music festivals such as Tomorrowland, Ultra and many others.

5.  We are talking about a man who was even approached by Zedd to produce a remix of his hit single ‘Stay the Night’. If you still are not convinced, check out his tracks and his remixes on YouTube, but for now, check out this massive release of his, a collaboration with DJ Snake.

These are Mercer’s tour dates for his India tour this year:

November 27, 2015 – Kitty Su, Mumbai

November 28, 2015 – Kitty Su, New Delhi
