25 International DJs Under 25 That You Should Watch Out For

Posted at October 17th, 2016 | by Yash Vikram Singh | in Grapevine

They say ‘Age is just a number in life’ until they run into exceptions but when it comes to Dance Music age really does seem to be just a number. These 25 artists are an astute example of that.

Flume

Harley Streten has been the best gift Australia has given to the music world since Empire of The Sun started out. At only 24, Flume sits atop the Future Bass throne.

Martin Garrix

Bursting through all the flamed hula hoops that have been thrown his way since he was 17, Martin Garrix is pretty quick on the tongue if you ever think of young artists.

Madeon

Madeon is another wunderkind of the dance music world, the french producer has knocked out some exquisite records at only 22.

Porter Robinson

Porter Robinson has been in a league of his own, his music has it’s own identity. Listen to this classic.

Audien

Audien is a progressive house powerhouse and one of the easiest mentions in this list.

Dyro

Dyro has been conscientious ever since he came onto the scene when Hardwell brought him out on stage at Ultra 2013.

Adventure Club

Christian Srigley & Leighton James were part of a hardcore pop punk band in high school but they’ve certainly move on to bigger and better. Listen to their track ‘Need Your Heart’ below.

Howard Lawrence, Disclosure

Just about a while ago Howard and his brother were newbies who got done with their A-level music technology class trying their hand in the underground world, now they’re one of the most popular actsin the UK.

Yasmine Yousaf, Krewella

The Yousaf sisters need no introduction to the dance music world, Yasmin is an amazing vocalist & producer and a integral part of ‘Krewella’.

Jullian Jordan

His track ‘BFAM’ with Martin Garrix 4 years ago is what put him on the map. The young dutch DJ hasn’t experienced a dip in his form ever since.

Andrew Rayel

Trance music may be a decaying genre but for splendid artists like Andrew Rayel, it lives on.

REZZ

DeadMau5’s prodigy and mau5trap stalwart REZZ is on her way to greatness exactly in Joel Zimmerman’s footsteps. She has a certain zeal to her sound, much like DeadMau5 and the resemblance is uncanny.

Slushi

2016 has been a legendary year for Slushi and his fans, check out this gem that he produced not long ago.

RL Grime

Nobody does trap better than RL Grime, his music will shake you to your core. Needless to say, he didn’t cause any hard thinking about putting him on this list.

Tigerlily

Tigerlily is another exquisite producer, the blue-haired ball of life is a natural on the decks as well.

Lookas

Lookas is a hard-hitting bass hungry maniac who tears shit up, just the right amount.

T-Mass

T-Mass is one of the most mellifluously gifted producers in the game, his publicity hasn’t really caught on to his talent in a very convincing manner yet but all that is on the docket.

San Holo

San Holo is another perplexing future bass artist with a melodic leash. Check ‘Stiill Looking’ out below.

Aero Chord

There aren’t a whole lot of greek musicians one can think of but Aero Chord is definitely working towards bringing that change.

Wiwek

Wiwek is an american producer of Indian descent who basically represents music the way it would’ve been if Skrillex & Valentino Khan had a love child. Check out his collaboration with Valentino Khan below.

Zaeden

Zaeden is one of the most sought after music producers in India at the moment, all that is for a reason.

Mija

Mija has been on the fast-track ever since Skrillex put the OWSLA stamp on her. Listen to her remix of ‘Middle’.

Getter

All those who know him to be more than the ‘Suh dude’ guy are aware of how he can use hard-hitting bass to render you catatonic.

Ookay

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWJmKXlfJqQ

He likes being low-key but his melodious future trap creations make all the noise that needs to be made.

Jauz

His style of music has more teeth than the movie ‘Jaws’ itself. Jauz has been one of the top most up and comers in the last year or so. Check out his collaboration with Tiesto.
