Led Zeppelin are one of the few bands that can be rendered a holy grail for their genre. They dominated Rock for a long time and according to sources they are planning a reunion in lieu of their 50th anniversary.
According to a source the band’s lead, Robert Plant has agreed to reunite the band for a one off for this year’s rendition of Dessert Trip. Plant’s site then went blank with saying nothing more but:
‘Any time now…’
The source said, “Rumor has it they turned down a reported $14 million payday to play at last year’s festival and that this year there are ‘millions and millions’ of more reasons why they should do it.
“Sources tell me he has finally agreed to do it because of the impending 50-year anniversary of Led Zeppelin.”
Stay tuned for updates.
