You really have struck the motherload if you’ve got Coachella tickets on your hands. The most diverse festival in the country is underway and in the world of boho-chic white girls with flower band things on their head and everyone vying for a peaceful weekend at Indio, California and that’s what they’re going to get. This year was set to be the biggest in the festival’s history and the first day didn’t disappoint. There’s been a lot going on at Day 1 of the iconic festival, check it out.

Radiohead finally came out of hiding for the first time in a long time but they had to go through some audio failiures but other than that it was marvelous. They played a bunch of tracks from their new album, A Moon Shaped Pool.

“The sound kicked the bucket mid-song and one of the biggest collective groans … ever heard at a festival rose up.”

Lady Gaga turned over a new leaf as the first solo woman headliner at Coachella for over a decade and what a performance it was, she may just have topped her super bowl one.

Martin Garrix & DJ Snake both played stellar sets and were popping off at the same time so it was like a head-to-head. We can’t decide which is better.

Among many other celebs at the mother of all festivals, Kendall Jenner made an appearance as well but she was looking a tad Kylie.

Future ended up bringing out Drake, Migos & Ty Dolla Sign for his packed set at the mainstage. Needless to say they killed it.

Richie Hawtin has been performing at Coachella for a long time now, he took the stage 18 years ago the first time and since then he has gone on to become a techno sensation. The people attending his set would agree as he played on of the most scintillating sets of Day 1. He debuted his CLOSE show for the first time and it was magic.

Dillon Francis also premiered his new stage production with an even better set. He brought out G-Eazy as well, it was crazy you can listen to it too.

Steve Angello hadn’t released a single in half a year but he compensated for all of that with his set. The swede premiered 7 new tracks in his set and they are all going to be a part of their album.
